Description
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payment runs in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Assist with month-end tasks, including reporting and reconciliations.
- Support the accountancy team with general administrative duties as needed.

Profile
A Successful Accounts Payable Should Have
- Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and team members.
