Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment runs in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • Assist with month-end tasks, including reporting and reconciliations.
  • Support the accountancy team with general administrative duties as needed.
