Accounts Payable Administrator

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing vendor accounts purchase order/framework order related & document entry
  • Processing invoices – checking invoices to purchase orders on SAP
  • Performing vendor reconciliations to supplier statements
  • Liaising regularly with other operation departments within Rubax to resolve differences between the purchase order and the invoice value
  • Preparing query spreadsheets and distributing them accordingly
  • Produce payment runs
  • Processing of invoices Doc Entry – coding with G/L, Cost Centre, Material Group, plus sending out for authorisation in line with limits of authority
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Daily Banking i.e., split cheques and take to Bank

Essential

What you bring

  • Good Communication skills
  • Well Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills

Desirable

  • Proven experience in an Account Payable Clerk role would be beneficial
  • Processing invoices would be beneficial
  • Experience in SAP would be beneficial
