Accounts Payable Administrator
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing vendor accounts purchase order/framework order related & document entry
- Processing invoices – checking invoices to purchase orders on SAP
- Performing vendor reconciliations to supplier statements
- Liaising regularly with other operation departments within Rubax to resolve differences between the purchase order and the invoice value
- Preparing query spreadsheets and distributing them accordingly
- Produce payment runs
- Processing of invoices Doc Entry – coding with G/L, Cost Centre, Material Group, plus sending out for authorisation in line with limits of authority
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily Banking i.e., split cheques and take to Bank

Essential
What you bring
- Good Communication skills
- Well Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
Desirable
- Proven experience in an Account Payable Clerk role would be beneficial
- Processing invoices would be beneficial
- Experience in SAP would be beneficial
