Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team.
The role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the purchase ledger function while delivering excellent service to suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all transactions are coded correctly and supported by appropriate approvals and documentation
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and maintaining compliance with purchase-to-pay controls
- Managing supplier accounts, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving queries professionally and promptly
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in line with agreed terms
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and payment details
- Managing the Accounts Payable shared inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting with month-end, year-end, and audit activities
- Reconciling utility accounts and supporting tenancy changes
- Maintaining client Letters of Authority records
- Processing refund reconciliations and allocations
- Managing supplier onboarding and Vendor Café administration, including following up invitations and assisting with invoice uploads
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and service delivery

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience within an Accounts Payable or Finance Administration role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and colleagues
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
