Accounts Payable Analyst (Maternity Cover)
Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (LS15 8ZB)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand. You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self-motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business.

- Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
- Process high volume of invoices.
- Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
- Weekly payment runs and allocations.
- Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Support other team members when required.
Some of the skills and experience we're looking for
- Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
