About the Role
As the Accounts Payable and Admin Assistant at IOLLA HQ, you will support the Office Manager and Finance Controller in the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, finance reporting and other administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Process purchase invoices on Xero accurately and timely, querying any irregular or unauthorised invoices
- Review invoices to ensure contract pricing is accurate and as agreed.
- Produce a weekly pay list for director approval and payment
- Monitor aged payable reports to ensure that invoices terms are adhered to
- Review expenses to ensure they are authorised, have supporting documentation and are allocated to the correct cost centre
- Support the Head Office team with other administrative tasks as required

- You have experience in an accounts payable environment
- Experience of Xero accounting software would be a huge plus

- We are a Real Living Wage employer with benefits and rewards in line with the success of the business. Dependent on experience, the salary for this role starts at £26,325 (FTE)
