Accounts Payable Assistant | Exclusive to Investigo
I am exclusively partnering with an exciting London-based Retail company to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of Accounts Payable or transactional finance experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

💵 £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits

- Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Managing invoice approvals and chasing outstanding authorisations
- Handling supplier queries and payment requests
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting payment runs and cash requirement reporting
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiencies
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or a transactional finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
