Accounts Payable Assistant
Circa £30,000 per annum, dependent upon skills & experience
Further benefits, including bonus scheme
Permanent & full-time position
Based at our Crawley Head Office, with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and financial processing skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

About the role:
As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our Finance team, helping to keep our accounts payable processes running smoothly and efficiently. You'll take ownership of processing supplier invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded, approved, and filed through APRO, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
In this varied role, you'll manage Finance shared mailboxes, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Working closely with colleagues across the business and external suppliers, you'll resolve invoice queries and help ensure payments are processed on time.
Beyond day-to-day invoice processing, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities, including handling proforma and intercompany invoices, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with the onboarding of new suppliers by validating supplier information.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience working in an Accounts payable environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Full and valid right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
