EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll support the process from Procurement through to payments being made and you’ll make sure all invoices are paid to the agreed payment terms in line with company expectations. You’ll also enjoy working to targets and deadlines, be self-motivated and a problem solver with high levels of attention to detail. So, are you an Accounts Payable Associate with strong, experience in dealing with accounting procedures?
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scanning & validating all manual invoices
- Processing all e-invoices received via email, post and SAP Ariba
- Working all invoices to ensure that where possible invoices comply with First Time Matching principles inherent within SAP
- Working on invoice queries with both internal & external stakeholders to achieve resolution.
- Monitoring of key suppliers to safeguard the supply of critical goods.
- Liaising with staff at all levels within Finance & other business areas
- Any other appropriate tasks associated with the Accounts Payable process

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
