About the Role
The Finance Associate plays a key role in supporting the accounts payable function by assisting with various administrative and accounting duties. This position is designed for individuals at the beginning of their finance careers, offering hands-on experience and exposure to core financial processes. The Associate will work closely with the Finance Manager and team members, gaining practical skills and knowledge through both on-the-job training and vocational experience. The role emphasizes learning, compliance, and professional development within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the finance team with daily accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting month-end activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all assigned duties while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Regular interaction with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Fulfilling all learning and compliance requirements associated with the role.
- Demonstrating reliability, willingness to learn, and a cooperative attitude.
- Developing analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- 0-2 Years of experience in accounts payable or actuarial roles
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated reliability and teamwork
- Fluent in local languages and proficient in English
- Proven willingness to learn and adapt
