Are you experienced in accounts payable and looking for an exciting new role?

A client of ours is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity if you have a few years' experience in finance, are skilled at processing high volumes of invoices and looking after the AP ledger, and are after a new opportunity.

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for...

  • Inputting and processing a high volume of invoices
  • Completing payment runs and bank reconciliations
  • Monitoring of the AP inbox, responding to any queries
  • Maintenance of supplier records, ensuring documentation is kept up to date
  • Assistance with month-end close

Requirements

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need...

  • Previous experience in a finance related role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Excel and experience using accounting software
  • Good communication skills
