Accounts Payable Clerk | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £34k - £36k
Office Location: Central London with flexible, hybrid working
Start Date: ASAP
Integra Talent Group are excited to be partnering with a global fintech / financial services organisation based in Central London, who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support the current team through a period of change and join them on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis, with the possibility to become permanent.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, the ability to handle accounts payable related matters in a fast-paced environment and be available to start at short notice.

Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in the Accounts Payable Clerk position will include:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with internal policies
- Reconciling accounts payable ledgers against supplier statements
- Resolving supplier queries and disputes
- Processing and facilitating timely payment of supplier invoices
- Managing the accounts payable inbox, responding to supplier and internal queries
- Accounting for supplier payments
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks, including accounting for employee expenses, company credit card spending and processing refunds
- Preparing financial information for internal and external purposes
- Other ad-hoc tasks such as providing information required by auditors
- Assisting the team with any day-to-day running of the finance team

Key Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar accounts payable role
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills
- Available to start within a couple of weeks.
