The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's finance team on a 12-month FTC basis. This role has arisen to provide support whilst a member of the team is on maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially strong and growing business with a supportive culture and collaborative working environment.

Contract Details:

  • 12 month fixed-term contract
  • 3 days in the office based in Central London
  • Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day accounts payable processing
  • Supporting the existing Accounts Payable team with transactional activities
  • Assisting in maintaining business-as-usual operations during the transition period
  • Ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Providing additional capacity to support the wider finance team

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable position
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and team-working abilities
