About The Role
To support the Finance Team in contributing to an efficient and accurate Accounts Payable Function to meet key business objectives.
- Ensure all invoices received are properly authorised, coded, and posted accurately through accounts
- Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assisting with generating supplier payment runs
- Cover for Credit Controller
- Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals
About You
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to effectively prioritise, prepare, and plan workload
Preferred
- Previous accounts payable experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
