Accounts Payable Coordinator - US Law Firm
Liverpool Street
A well-established US law firm in the City is looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid AP experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing supplier invoices and expense claims accurately and in line with firm policies
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing and processing payment runs, including BACS and international payments
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records on the firm's accounting and finance systems
- Liaising with fee earners, suppliers and other departments to resolve invoice queries
- Assisting with month-end processes and supporting the wider finance team as required

What They're Looking For
- Previous experience in an accounts payable role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of invoices
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Well organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
