Accounts Payable Manager
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Manager looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager position with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, business partnering, and financial controls across multiple international entities.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process across multiple international entities.
- Review invoices, expenses, corporate card transactions, and supplier payments, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and tax treatment.
- Lead AP-related month-end activities, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reviews.
- Manage payment cycles, banking activities, and payroll-related payments across various regions.
- Partner with stakeholders and outsourced finance providers to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and strengthen financial controls.

About You
- 4+ years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a multi-entity or international environment.
- Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and payment processing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliations, pivots, and lookups.
- Confident working with stakeholders, suppliers, and third-party providers while challenging processes constructively.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for automation, continuous improvement, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
