We're working with a thriving media business based in London, looking to recruit a Transactional Finance specialist on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the remit of the role will be to control Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and key areas of focus will include:

  • Responsibility for Purchase Ledger management - daily processing of incoming (purchase) invoices, expenses and credit card receipts.
  • Coordinating internal purchase invoice approvals with all levels of staff.
  • Main contact for all supplier queries.
  • Mid & month end payment cycles.
  • Posting of multi-currency payments.
  • Reconciliation of statements/production budgets.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
  • Raising and distributing invoices and credit notes
  • Ensure timely payments and deadlines are met
  • Preparing and delivering monthly financial reports
