Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:
- Manage accounts payable and settlement activities, including invoice review, reconciliation, payment processing, and aging analysis, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Reconcile financial and transaction data, identify discrepancies and settlement exceptions, investigate root causes, and coordinate the resolution of outstanding issues.
- Prepare and analyze financial and settlement reports using Excel, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide data support for business decisions.
- Identify inefficiencies and control gaps in existing financial processes and support process standardization, optimization, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with overseas clients, business teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve financial issues and ensure settlement activities are completed in line with financial policies and requirements.

About You

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant finance or accounting experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, settlement, and aging analysis, with basic financial risk awareness.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data insights to support process improvement; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to independently communicate and collaborate with overseas clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and data-sensitive, with strong logical thinking, learning agility, and teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
