About the Role

Our client, a well-established and growing business, is looking to appoint an exceptional Junior Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team on a 3-6 months contract with the intention to offer the role permanently before the end of the assignment. This role requires 5 days a week in the London office.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 6-12 months' experience within Accounts Payable or a finance administration role who is looking for more than just their next job. Our client is seeking an ambitious individual with the drive, curiosity, and potential to build a long-term career in finance.

This is a business that genuinely invests in its people. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop alongside the finance team, with the role evolving as experience grows. Longer term, there will be support for professional studies and clear opportunities to progress into broader finance responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
