Accounts Payable Specialist | £35,000-£40,000

A well-established international business is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join its finance team.

This role sits within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and offers exposure beyond traditional purchase ledger duties, including international payments, intercompany accounting, and month-end support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier invoices across multiple entities and currencies
  • Managing payment runs and vendor relationships
  • Reviewing and processing employee expenses
  • Corporate card and supplier reconciliations
  • Intercompany transactions and fund movements
  • VAT compliance and invoice validation
  • Prepayments and month-end support
  • Resolving supplier queries and maintaining ledger integrity

Ideal Background

  • Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Good Excel and finance systems experience
