Accounts Payable, Private Equity

£35-40,000, 6 month contract, London, Hybrid

One of the leading Private Equity firms in Europe, who primarily invest in technology firms, is looking to welcome an Accounts Payable Specialist into their Finance team for a 6 month contract.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day processing of financial information across global operations and help ensure the smooth running of the firms accounts payable function.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Run weekly payments and reconcile bank/supplier accounts
  • Respond to invoice and payment queries
  • Support employee expense claims
  • Strengthen financial controls and improve processes

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ experience as an accounts payable ideally within a financial services firm
  • Strong numeracy and academic background
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Experience in accounts payable, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and improve
