🧮 Accounts Payable Supervisor

📍 Brighton
💷 £40,000
🏡 2 days per week in the office

We at Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering a fast growing, hugely successful international business in Brighton on a key hire. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to take ownership of the purchase to pay process across all group entities. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role works closely with the wider finance team.

The Role

It is a hands-on role. You will own the day-to-day AP operation, from invoice processing and supplier queries through to payment runs and reconciliations, and you will be the go-to person for anything AP related across the business.

The second half of the role is improving how it all works. The business already runs a modern AP stack with Tipalti, Spendesk, and NetSuite, so you will be looking for ways to automate more, strengthen controls, and streamline the purchase-to-pay process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
