We're looking for an ambitious Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end AR and AP functions within a successful and growing international business. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in cash flow management, process improvement, and team development while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the finance team, you'll:

  • Lead and develop Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
  • Drive effective collections, cash application, and customer account management
  • Ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
  • Produce insightful reporting, forecasts, and ageing analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and wider business teams to resolve account queries

What We're Looking For

You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Transactional Finance leadership
  • Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Experience using ERP or finance systems such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills
