Harish Accountants is seeking an Accounts, Payroll and Administration Apprentice for their established family-run firm. This is a one-year, nine-month apprenticeship with a wage of £15,560 per year, working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Requirements
- Desirable qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 9 - 4).
- Other relevant qualifications and industry experience will be considered and may adjust the apprenticeship.

- Other requirements:
- Candidates must attend an initial interview with the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team.
- Fully completed applications are required.

Responsibilities
- General administrative duties, including phone calls, scanning, filing, and processing outgoing post.
- Bookkeeping.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Processing of payroll.
- Using accounting software.
- Greeting clients and corresponding via email with clients and other organisations.
