Malone Golf Club is a long-standing established sports club on the outskirts of South Belfast. We endeavour to show excellence in providing service to our members and guests whether on the golf course, in the restaurant or in the office.

We are currently recruiting for an accounts person to join our office staff working in a small but busy team environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, this person will have an important role in assisting in maintaining high standards and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Posting to Sage Accounts
  • Creating invoices
  • Reconciliations
  • Checking takings from bar and shop
  • Any other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a working background/knowledge of Sage Accounts and previous experience in bookkeeping/accounts preparation.

Remuneration:

  • £15 per hour, based on a 20 hour working week Mon-Fri, but hours can be flexible to suit the applicant.
  • 6% employer pension contribution.
  • Wage paid monthly in arrears.
