WE’RE HIRING | Purchasing & Accounts Manager
We’re looking for a highly organised Purchasing & Accounts Manager to join our team at Global Bartending HQ in Essex.
Working across a busy and varied portfolio of events, activations and creative projects, this role sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations – managing purchasing across the business and helping our teams get everything they need, where they need it.
A key part of the role will be coordinating UK and international travel and accommodation for our team, talent and clients, alongside sourcing event equipment, props, uniforms, merchandise and wider business requirements.

Working closely with our Finance Manager and wider team, you’ll be our go-to for purchasing, travel and accommodation – keeping everything organised, on budget and running smoothly.
We’re looking for an experienced administration, finance, accounts or purchasing professional who is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
