Overview of Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable to manage the end-to-end receivables process. This role goes beyond routine AR processing, it requires strong reconciliation skills, comfort working across multiple finance systems, and the ability to manage credit risk and cashflow with minimal supervision. You will be a key point of contact for resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate customer account data, and supporting the wider finance team with cashflow visibility. In addition, assisting during busy periods, supporting ad hoc projects, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, making it a varied and hands-on role within a dynamic finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and reconcile invoices across two separate finance systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage the sales inbox(es), responding to customer queries and routing issues appropriately
- Act as a point of contact for invoice and account queries from both customers and internal stakeholders
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in an Accounts receivable / credit control role
- Experience reconciling data between multiple systems/platforms
- Strong Excel skills with spreadsheets involving valuation/financial data
- Essential: Ability to travel to office location with limited access to public transport
