About The Company

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Exeter based manufacturing company known for producing high-quality, premium products and employing a dedicated team of professionals across manufacturing, engineering, and business support functions. As their business continues to grow, they are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Administrator to their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries and payment discrepancies.
  • Producing aged debtor reports and supporting month-end processes.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Sales Ledger role.
  • Experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering company is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting software.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work.
