Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Finance team based in Airdrie.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance team, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function, ensuring customer accounts are accurately maintained and payments are received and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and allocate customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Raise and issue customer invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding debt and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Assist with general finance administration duties as required

Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable, finance administration, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
