Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a strong detail-oriented and organised Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a well-known hotel and hospitality group at their offices in Central London.

About the Role

As a Accounts Receivable/Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing overdue accounts
  • Identifying overdue accounts and contacting customers to ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Managing and keeping the accounts receivable ledger correctly up-to-date
  • Process and allocate incoming payments
  • Solve invoice queries
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Reconcile bank receipts
  • Assisting in the production of aged debt reports
  • Supporting month-end reporting processes, as required by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Income audit role (essential).
  • Hotel or hospitality finance background (desirable)
  • Experience managing high-volume transactions across multiple sites (essential)
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and revenue reconciliation
  • Strong numerical and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and spotting errors
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other I.T software
