About Our Opportunity

As an accounts receivable assistant, you will ensure that payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will monitor mailboxes and answer general enquiries relating to bills. You will support with credit control activities including sending statements and following up on payments. You will be responsible for copying and distributing invoices to the relevant departments.

Please note this is a full-time position, Hybrid 2 days a week in the office, 3 days from home.

What We Need From You

  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience.
  • Effective communicator, ability to manage difficult conversations with clients.
  • IT literate with intermediate experience of Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups).
