Job Description
RA Dalton Ltd are recruiting an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to work in our fast-paced accounts department. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual. Previous experience is required. This will include day to day operation of the sales ledger including debt collection, review of credit terms and set up of customer accounts.

General Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and identifying discrepancies
- Management of customer credit limits and payment terms
- Payment processing
- Raising customer credit notes
- Processing customer payments, refunds and adjustments
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries
- Sending Customer Statements
- Updating accounts information
- Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
- Use of Microsoft Outlook to manage e-mails

Requirements & Skills
- At least 2 years experience in accountancy
- Proficient in accountancy software
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Previous experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
