At Parkdean Resorts, we're looking for a Finance Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. If you enjoy working with high-volume transactions, investigating discrepancies and making a real impact on business performance, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing...
- Processing high-volume financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering core finance activities in line with agreed service levels and performance standards.
- Completing reconciliations and investigating variances, working with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Reviewing and clearing unallocated receipts, payments and account balances within required timescales.
- Supporting the achievement of departmental KPIs and performance targets.
- Building strong working relationships across the business to deliver an excellent internal customer experience.
- Identifying barriers to performance and contributing to solutions that improve outcomes.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and eliminate non-value-adding activities.
- Supporting compliance with company information security policies by reporting any potential weaknesses or breaches.
- Taking responsibility for health, safety and safeguarding practices, helping to maintain a safe environment for colleagues, guests and visitors.

About you...
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Finance Officer or similar finance role.
- Experience managing high-volume transactional processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working within strict financial controls and deadlines, ideally in a Shared Service Centre environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A positive, proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to act as a positive role model within the team.
