Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager
£45,000–£50,000 | Watford
WATFORD BASED
5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE – NOT HYBRID

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to take ownership of a busy AP & AR function within a successful international business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to manage people, tighten processes, improve cash flow and keep AP & AR running brilliantly.

What you’ll own
- Lead and develop a team of 5+ across AP & AR
- Drive collections and reduce overdue debt / DSO
- Oversee supplier payments and the full AP cycle
- Manage cash allocation, reconciliations and customer balances
- Monitor AP/AR ageing and support cash-flow forecasting
- Improve processes, controls and automation
- Support month-end and year-end close
What we’re looking for
You’ll have strong experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, together with proven people-management skills.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage 200, SAP, Dynamics or NetSuite and strong Excel capability will be highly valuable.

It is 100% office-based, five days a week. There is no hybrid working.
