About the Role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be required to work to month-end deadlines. Including but not limited to completing daily, weekly, monthly tasks to ensure that bank reconciliations, cash postings, cash flow reporting are completed accurately. Preparing consolidated invoices on the system for the customer and ensuring they have been sent in a timely manner. Working closely with the offshore teams to ensure deadlines are met including Month End Close procedures. The role entails strong collaboration with the Accounting teams and other key stakeholder departments.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Skills & Experience
- 1 year experience in a Finance environment
- Banking portal experience would be an advantage
- Experience of Financial postings and ERP experience (Protas or other)
- Good excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Applications
- Strong communication skills – able to work with both external and internal customers.
- Problem solving / issue resolution skills
- Maths and English to GCSE (A-C)
- Tenacity to resolve queries and problem-solving skills
- Able to work as part of a team and collaboratively

What to expect from the recruitment process
- Every hire starts with a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, if your profile is selected you will be contacted by phone or email (please check your spam folder);
- Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams;
- If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview.
Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback, however we are a small team and often we won't be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
