French-Speaking Accounts Receivable Administrator
Fareham | 6-8 Month FTC | £30,000 - £32,000 | Full-Time
Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Location: Fareham
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced French-speaking Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a busy finance team within a growing international business. You'll manage customer accounts, collect outstanding payments, resolve queries, allocate cash, and build strong relationships with French-speaking customers.
Fluent French (written and spoken) is essential.

- Manage customer accounts and collect outstanding balances.
- Liaise with French-speaking customers via phone and email.
- Process and allocate customer payments.
- Resolve account and payment discrepancies.
- Produce statements and collection correspondence.
- Support credit assessments, held orders, and account maintenance.
- Assist with month-end, reporting, audits, and process improvements.
About You
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Sales Ledger, or Finance Administration.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
