Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable

Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer wellness brand to recruit an experienced Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Receivable.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will own the end-to-end AR function across the UK and multiple international entities, including D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, collections and accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Oversee automated invoicing and resolve discrepancies across sales channels.
  • Manage outstanding balances, customer queries and key wholesale relationships.
  • Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen AR controls.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control or collections.
  • Experience chasing key accounts such as Tesco, Boots, and Sainsbury's is highly advantageous.
  • Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.
  • Confident managing customer relationships and collections independently.
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, D2C, e-commerce or wholesale environments is essential.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
