Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Are you ready to step into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the credit and collections function for a growing portfolio of 20+ properties. You won’t just be chasing payments; you’ll be managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents (OTAs), and event planners while leading a small team.

What You’ll Own

  • Aging Management: Oversee the AR ledger across 5+ properties, ensuring DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) remains low.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of AR Clerks, handling training and performance reviews.
  • Reconciliation: Manage complex city ledger accounts, OTA commissions (Expedia, Booking.com), and corporate account reconciliations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for Group Sales and Operations to resolve billing disputes before they become bad debt.
  • Month-End: Support the Financial Controller with month-end reporting, provisions, and audits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
