Accounts Receivables Associate
We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Associate to join our team specializing in Finance in Darlington, UK.
Role Impact
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure the timely collection of Accounts Receivable balances, helping to improve cash flow and reduce overdue debt across key European customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for payment-related matters.
- Resolve customer queries and claims efficiently, ensuring issues are addressed or escalated in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve account discrepancies and payment challenges.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify trends, root causes of late payments, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support month-end activities by providing accurate reporting and account analysis to enable informed business decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance Accounts Receivable processes, controls, and customer experience.
- Work across multiple teams, entities, and countries to deliver effective solutions, mitigate risks, and support business objectives.
