Accounts Semi Senior – Oxford
In this role you'll be preparing accounts, tax returns and VAT work for a varied portfolio of clients while continuing to develop your technical skills within a supportive accountancy practice.

We're working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Oxford that is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior as part of its continued expansion.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
- Preparing corporation tax returns
- Completing VAT returns and management accounts
- Assisting with bookkeeping using cloud accounting software
- Liaising directly with clients and responding to day-to-day accounting queries
- Supporting senior team members on a variety of accounting and advisory projects
- Building strong client relationships while developing your technical knowledge

About You
We're keen to hear from candidates with previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice, ideally around 1-3 years. AAT qualified candidates, ACA/ACCA students, or those qualified by experience will all be considered.
