Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior to join our team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues alike, preparing year-end accounts for a varied client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete all assignments within the allocated budget and on time.
- Produce draft tax computations for clients.
- Produce year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies in accordance with the relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare schedules for tax returns.
- Complete VAT returns.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as using own initiative when required.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- AAT Qualified, with optional progression to ACA or ACCA.
- Previous experience gained within General Practice.
- Knowledge of accounting standards would be an advantage.
