Location: Crosby
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum, DOE

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts professional to join our client’s friendly team. This is a varied role managing your own portfolio of clients, preparing statutory and management accounts, and supporting businesses across a range of sectors. There is also the opportunity to become involved in audit work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review statutory accounts
- Assist with the preparation of corporation tax computations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Draft corporation tax computations.
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory deadlines
- Liaise with clients to provide a high standard of service
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
- Strong accounts preparation experience
- Good technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively

Desirable
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Willingness to become involved in audit work
