Your new role

As an Accounts Senior, you'll take on a key position within the business services team, managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. You'll be responsible for preparing year-end accounts, reviewing work completed by junior staff, and supporting clients with day-to-day queries. You'll also assist in mentoring and developing part-qualified team members, ensuring high-quality delivery across the department. This role provides the perfect balance of technical work, client interaction, and team involvement.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You'll be an experienced accounts professional, ideally fully qualified (ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience, with strong working knowledge of preparing statutory accounts and supporting owner-managed businesses. You'll demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, and confidence when speaking with clients. Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks will be an advantage, as will a proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.
