Accounts & Tax Senior
The Accounts & Tax Senior will oversee accounting and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting for clients within the professional services industry. Description
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Handle personal tax computations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide clients with tailored advice on tax planning and compliance matters.
- Support junior team members by reviewing their work and offering guidance as needed.
- Assist in preparing VAT returns and resolving any related queries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide updates on their financial matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting and tax legislation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Profile
A Successful Accounts & Tax Senior Should Have
- Professional qualifications in accounting or tax, such as AAT or ATT.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in the professional services industry.
- Experience in preparing accounts and tax returns for a variety of clients.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing workloads efficiently.
