Accounts Apprentice Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Apprentice to join Taylor Electrical Solutions' Accounts/Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience of a busy finance department while working towards a recognised accounting qualification.
What you’ll do at work:
- Sage 50 Accounts
- Office 365
- Outlook emails
- Using Excel (document/spreadsheets)
- Word - Typing Quotes, etc.
- Answering calls, dealing with customers and suppliers by phone
- Using Sharepoint, etc.
- Scanning and Filing Documents Electronically
Your programme will be delivered face-to-face at PTP’s Walsall Centre, with the following structure:

- Fortnightly workshops delivered face-to-face at Essex Terrace, Intown, Walsall, WS1 1SQ. During these sessions, new topics will be taught by your tutor.
- Between sessions, you'll complete self-study tasks in the workplace using online platforms, spread throughout the week.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold GCSE Grade 5 or above in English and Mathematics, as well as a minimum Grade 5 in at least one other subject.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
