Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Accreditation Assistant
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Accreditation Assistant to join our team for the 2026/27 event season.
Working as part of the event operations team, you will play an important role in managing the accreditation process for staff, contractors, suppliers, performers and other event stakeholders. You’ll help ensure everyone who needs access to site is correctly registered, verified and issued with the appropriate credentials — contributing to the smooth and secure operation of the event.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the end-to-end accreditation process for staff, contractors, suppliers and other event stakeholders.
- Managing accreditation applications and maintaining accurate records using Acredit Solutions.
- Processing and checking applications, ensuring all required information and documentation has been provided.
- Producing and distributing accreditation passes in line with agreed access requirements.
- Responding to accreditation queries by email, phone and in person, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Liaising with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve accreditation issues.
- Supporting the set-up and management of accreditation collection points and/or offices during the event.
- Carrying out checks to ensure individuals are accredited correctly and have the appropriate level of access.
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate accreditation data.
- Identifying and escalating any discrepancies, access issues or security concerns.
- Supporting the wider Event Operations team with administrative tasks as required.
- Working flexibly during the event, including evenings, weekends and busy peak periods.

- Experience working in events, hospitality, venues, festivals or another fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using databases, accreditation systems, CRM systems or other online platforms.
- The ability to learn and confidently navigate Acredit Solutions and other event systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
- Confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and event staff.
- A calm and professional approach when dealing with high volumes of queries or last-minute changes.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a large event team.
