Company Description

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) is a not-for-profit campaign group that has been dedicated to supporting needlessly injured people for more than 30 years. APIL’s vision is a society without needless injury and, where injury does occur, ensuring that people receive the justice they need to rebuild their lives. Its membership is made up primarily of solicitors, as well as barristers, legal executives, paralegals, and academics who all support APIL’s aims and adhere to its code of conduct and consumer charter. APIL is an active voice in public campaigns and professional development, sharing updates on its work, training, courses, and accreditation through social media channels such as @APIL and @APILExcellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering APIL's nationally recognised accreditation schemes while supporting our growing membership. If you enjoy building relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

As Accreditation Officer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of APIL's accreditation programmes, supporting members throughout their accreditation journey and ensuring our schemes continue to operate to the highest standards.

Working closely with colleagues, members and external assessors, you'll administer applications, renewals and revalidations, coordinate CPD log reviews, maintain accurate records, and respond to member enquiries. You'll also support membership services, contribute to promotional campaigns and help identify opportunities to continually improve our processes and member experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
