Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT)
Day Lewis Pharmacy Kilburn
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:30pm
42.5 hours a week
Can start ASAP and up to a month notice period
We're looking for an Accuracy Checking Technician to join our team at Day Lewis Kilburn.
Whilst the ACT qualification is important, we're equally interested in finding someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Our pharmacy is very patient facing and many of our patients rely on us not just for their medicines, but for reassurance, advice and support.
We're looking for someone with a warm personality, a kind approach and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike. Someone who is approachable, professional and takes pride in delivering a great service every day.
About Us
Day Lewis Kilburn is a busy community pharmacy dispensing around 7,000 items per month. We currently use ProScript and will be transitioning to Apotec over the coming months. We also offer a 24/7 prescription collection kiosk, providing patients with greater convenience and access to their medicines.

Our Services
Services are a big focus for us. We have a growing Travel Clinic alongside NHS and private services including:
- Contraception
- Blood Pressure Checks
- Flu, Covid vaccinations
- Weight Management
We are looking for a technician who is keen to get involved in service delivery and patient care beyond the dispensary.
What We Offer
The successful candidate will be expected to develop into technician-led services such as Weight Management and Contraception consultations. Full training will be provided, but we're looking for someone with the confidence, drive and willingness to learn new skills and make the most of these opportunities.
You'll be working alongside Jas, our Pharmacy Manager, who brings a huge amount of warmth, positivity and energy to the team. We have a supportive culture where people help each other, celebrate success and genuinely care about the patients we serve.
