The Opportunity

Private Emergency Health Australia (PEHA) is a FACEM-founded and led organisation delivering expert management of private emergency departments across metropolitan, regional and rural Australia.

Our focus is simple: supporting doctors to practice high-quality emergency medicine while reducing administrative burden and providing strong clinical mentorship.

We are seeking Stage 2 and Stage 3 ACEM trainees for training positions in Brisbane, Perth & Townsville.

Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Immediate start opportunities are available for trainees who are ready to commence, with flexible start dates available throughout 2026 and 2027.

The Impact You'll Make

By returning to Australia, you’ll bring back valuable international experience to strengthen our healthcare system. You’ll have the time and resources to deliver patient care the way you always envisioned - with continuity, compassion, and the support of a collaborative team. Your skills will make a tangible difference in communities that value and respect their doctors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
