An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Adult Community and Online team as an Achievement Coach. This role is central to supporting adult learners throughout their online learning journey, ensuring they have the guidance, encouragement, and support needed to successfully achieve their qualifications.
Working closely with curriculum staff, learner find partners, platform providers, administration teams, and awarding bodies, you will act as the key point of contact for learners from enrolment through to completion. You will monitor learner engagement and progress, identify learners at risk of falling behind, and provide timely interventions to maximize retention, achievement, and learner satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and learner-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners and external partners. You will be confident using a range of digital systems to monitor learner progress, analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Department: Adult Community and Online, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding learner experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of the college's online learning provision.
The role will require you to embed the college’s values, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Compassion, and Ambition.
