Part-Time Cleaning Role
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Estates and Facilities Team in a part-time cleaning role. If you take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working independently, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness standards in line with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021.
- Carry out general cleaning duties across designated areas.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.
- Use and store cleaning materials and equipment safely.
- Adhere to safe working practices and local policies.
- Work to established cleaning schedules and service standards.
- Undertake damp dusting, vacuuming, mopping and carpet cleaning.
- Complete bed base cleaning in accordance with procedures.
- Change curtains in line with organisational guidelines.
- Carry out and record cleanliness audits.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.
- Monitor and order linen as required.
- Complete and record water flushing duties.
- Dispose of waste safely and appropriately.
- Report maintenance issues and repair requirements promptly.
- Carry a personal alarm in designated areas when required.
- Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
- Raise any non-compliance or health and safety concerns with the line manager.
- Complete all mandatory and role-specific training requirements.
- Undertake additional duties as required to meet service and organisational needs.
